What is Introspective Hypnosis?

Introspective Hypnosis  is a method that combines several techniques:

  • Forgiveness Therapy
  • Role Change
  • Past Life Regression
  • Soul Entrapment
  • Soul Fragmentation
  • Regression to the Womb
  • Spirit Assistance also called Spirit Releasement
Introspective hypnosis helps people to access the origin of any psychosomatic symptom, such as pain, sadness, depression, fears, phobias, relationship issues, addictions, etc.

The goal of Introspective Hypnosis is to look for those pending issues that might have originated either in this life or in a past one. It is a form of quantum healing.

"Death is just an illusion. For the spirit, life is only one, but with experiences in different bodies. It is the spirit who carries the traumas and unfinished events to the other bodies it will occupy."

Introspective Hypnosis Instructor

What are the benefits of Introspective Hypnosis?

The human body can act as a big repository of repressed emotions. The conscious mind can remove any event or experience that might overload us, as a form of protection. It stores that event in the subconscious mind until we are ready to deal with it.

We unknowingly put these repressed emotions “on hold” due to societal concerns, issues in our daily lives, belief systems, religion, or for other reasons. When ignored for a period of time, these issues can manifest as tension in different parts of the body, pain, headaches, cancer, tumors or other symptoms.

People book sessions to learn about: themselves; their relationships; their life path; to connect to their inner wisdom or healing potential; or even know more about their past lives.

How to prepare for your hypnosis session

The biggest requirement is to come with an open mind!
Your subconscious will be navigating the session. Even though we will have an interview and discuss things you want to address during the session; it is your subconscious that really knows what you need to work on.

We will initially use the points created during the interview. This will serve the purpose of a GPS to start navigating the session, but then your subconscious will have you visit events that you need to deal with. Your conscious mind thinks you are having a hypnosis session for a reason but your subconscious will show you what you really need to work on during the session.

If you meditate, do so in the morning prior to your appointment, to help clear your mind. If you do not meditate, then do something that puts you in a relaxed state of mind like taking a walk or listening to some relaxing music.
The night before & the day of your session don't drink alcohol. On the day of your session, do not consume any drinks that contain caffeine as this will interfere with the hypnosis.
Eat well but light before a session as our session could go on for 3 hours or longer.
Your session will be audio-recorded. You may remember some, all or nothing of your session while you were hypnotised, so a recording is great and actually important to your process after we meet. The more you hear yourself, the more easily the changes can take place.
Your session is a private session. Even though spouses/partners/friends want to be with you to witness this amazing event, it is a place where you need to feel completely safe that your confidentiality in all matters is observed. Because of this, no one else is allowed in your session. You may share your recording or any memories or thoughts at your discretion.
Why is Introspective Hypnosis different than Beyond Quantum Healing Hypnosis?
Beyond Quantum Healing Hypnosis is an exploration of the soul's journey and what it wants to reveal to one about the experiences of ones own soul.

Introspective Hypnosis is a trauma release therapy and focuses on events or issues that originated in the current lifetime. If the origin is not found in the present life, then we ask the subconscious to take us to a past life, to the time when it originated.

This method is very flexible, based on the principle that each person is unique. It can easily be adapted to the requirements of each client and each session, in order to look for the most positive outcome.
